Office Yoga combines movement, stretching, mobility work and breathwork to help employees release tension, improve posture and manage the physical and mental demands of modern working life.
Sessions can be delivered before work, during the lunch break or at the end of the day and are suitable for all levels of experience.
Duration: 45 mins to 90 mins (flexible)
Requirements: A suitable space allowing approximately 2m x 1m per participant. Mats can be supplied or hired if required.
