Whether you're completely new to Yoga or have been practising for years, group classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger and support your overall wellbeing.
Classes are welcoming, accessible and adaptable with modifications available throughout. The focus is on building strength, mobility and confidence in a relaxed and supportive environment..
The goal is not to be good at Yoga. The goal is to feel good because of Yoga.
What to expect in class
Classes are inspired by Rajadhiraja Yoga and combine movement, breathwork and relaxation techniques to help support both physical and mental wellbeing.
You’ll be guided through a series of postures, breathing exercises and gentle flows designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and mobility, while also creating space for you to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
Every class is different, but the aim is always the same, to help you leave feeling stronger, calmer and more energised than when you arrived.
£8 for a single class
Mats are not provided. Venues offer bathroom facilities, parking and access to water
