One-to-one Yoga is ideal if you'd like more personalised support than a group class can offer.

Whether you're completely new to Yoga, recovering from surgery, returning after a break, looking to improve mobility or simply wanting to build strength and confidence, I design sessions entirely around you.

You get the time and space to learn at your own pace, ask questions and develop a practice with me that works for your body and your lifestyle.

Available online or from my Northamptonshire studio, giving you the flexibility to practice in the way that suits you best.

Individual sessions are £40 or £200 for a pack of six.
